1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of govisibi.ai. By using the site you agree to them. Services and software (including VISIBI Radar) are provided under a separate proposal, order form or subscription agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

2. Prices and offers

Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated. Launch and promotional prices (including discount codes such as EXTRA20) apply to the first term only, may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. A binding price is only agreed in a written proposal or order.

3. Free trials

Software trials last for the period stated (for example 7 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start at the plan price shown at sign-up.

4. Using the website

You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware or scrape content at scale. Content, articles and guides are for general information and are not professional advice for your specific situation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to VISIBI or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law
