VISIBI (“we”, “us”) provides AI visibility, ecommerce, cloud, security and marketing services and the VISIBI Radar software, serving clients in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and United States. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: privacy@govisibi.ai.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us in forms (name, email, company, website URL, phone).
- Meeting and enquiry details (preferred time, location, project information).
- Account and usage data if you sign up for VISIBI Radar.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected via cookies with your consent.
3. How and why we use it
- To reply to enquiries, arrange meetings and provide quotes (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
- To deliver services and software you buy from us (contract).
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in (consent — you can unsubscribe any time).
- To measure and improve the website (consent for analytics cookies).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share data only with trusted processors who help us run our business (for example hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers), under contracts that protect your data. Where data moves between the UK, UAE, EEA or other countries, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client and account records are kept for the length of the relationship plus 6 years for legal and tax purposes.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing or withdraw consent. Email privacy@govisibi.ai. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
